Delight is constantly expanding. We are in need of new sales managers as well as managers for Lease Department. We also need administrators and experts in relocation and Property & Lease management.

As for managers in leasing, we value more the business and personal qualities of the personality rather than the actual experience in real estate.

We invite girls with higher education, knowledge of English language (however, the second and the third languages are welcomed), good communicative skills, and experience in sale of services.

When considering candidates to Sales department we give the preference to personnel experienced in this sphere in general, but not necessary experienced particularly in the sales of elite real estate.

This is important for us that the candidate has a general understanding about character of sales of the real estate, has a good knowledge of legal base, awareness in architectural and construction fields and the confidence of own potential.

As to employees for company Delight Property-these are the knowledge of English language, the working capacity and skills of solving household problems are important for us.

If you feel a potential and inclination to developing business relationship and attraction of new corporate clients — your way is directly to the department of business department. Naturally you need to speak fluent English.

Work experience in HR structures of the large Russian or Western companies will be a great help for successful career in this department.
